Way to firm not comfortable at all for me I ordered a large and a medium It hurt my neck more then helped. I do not recommend if you like a softer pillow as this one is a rock

I bought this pillow roughly 3 months ago, it has been amazing! Especially since I am a back and side sleeper, this pillow provides the neck support I need. I see a chiropractor on a regular basis and he recommended this brand to me! So glad he did.

The pillow is so small, when I saw large I thought it was the king sized one, I have an old pillow that's wider, not loving the small pillow

The pillow is a lot smaller than I expected, normal size pillow case does not fit. Also, the pillow is VERY hard!!!!
