I got a small neck pillow in the hopes it would help with my neck pain. I ordered a small, and it was still too big and only added to my discomfort. Now I'm stuck with it cause they won't accept returns. Would not recommend this company.

Unfortunately I did not notice that you could not return a pillow with tempur pedic. This pillow is VERY firm. Unless you like a hard pillow do not buy.

Firm is an understatement. I loved my old one. This one is awful. My ear lobe actually became numb from sleeping on it. I tried and tried to break it in to no avail.

My wife and I have used Tempur-Pedic neck pillows for several years and we alos bought two travel pillows. Great products!! I also have a pair of Tempur-Pedic men's slippers that I bought at Brookstones within the past 6 months.
