[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cadre about my sleep a lot. Neck and back problems have been issues for me since high school. This pillow is the one I keep coming back to. No matter what I hear about others, they don't hold up.

If you like sleeping on a curved rock it's perfect. I have a regular tempurpedic pillow and it's pretty soft. So this neck pillow is so disappointing I should have tried be fore I bought it.

I purchased this pillow because I was replacing an older Temper pillow but this pillow is way too firm. It is VERY uncomfortable. I would never have purchased it if I had known there was no return policy.

With no intention to be hyperbolic, it was the worst night I've spent sleeping or attempting to sleep on a pillow. I've had a Tempur-pedic pillow for 14 years. I thought it was time to change, but this pillow was not the answer.

Not using either of the two I ordered, to large for my neck. Measured according to the web site and also measured my old one and it was right on. So back to using my old one that I have had for years. :(
