Wrong size was ordered and was left with a painful/stiff neck. Tempur does not offer any exchanges, even within the 90 day window. "Every product includes a warranty to protect your investment"- useless guarantee.

I can't sleep without this neck pillow. My previous pillow was causing my neck to hurt, but this one is great and since getting this pill I have no more neck pain.

My fiancé has had this pillow since we got our first temper pedic bed in 2007:) we've upgraded to the cloud ergo since then and he's kept the same pillow and refuses to use any other memory foam pillow.. luv luv luv this pillow!

The neck pillow is way too big and firm for me. It doesn't fit me, as I am a small person. I am unable to use it. I got it through my physical therapist, by mail order. Wish I had bought the smaller one.

I bought the medium neck pillow. I might as well be sleeping on a rock. So hard!!! Absolutely terrible and no return option. This will be going to Goodwill. Other companies give you a 30 day return policy. I'm done with Tempur-Pedic.

Just the right size and comfort in every way, love it. We have been long time fan of Neck pillow our first one lasted 12+ years and its still going solid. The product quality on this seems improved and refined.

I have severe cervical issues from a surfing accident as a teenager. I found these pillows approximately 20 years ago, and they are the only pillow that supports me in a way that I can get any rest. I buy a new one every year!
