I know what a good reputation your company has and am very disappointed that I can't give you a better review. The pillow is so hard and I have tried it numerous time to try to like it but to no avail. So right now it is laying in my closet. SK

The neck pillow is hard as a rock. I am very disappointed in it and was so hoping it would work for me since I have had nek surgery with disc replaced. It would be nice to return or at the least exchange for another pillow.

The tempur-neck pillow has relieved my neck and shoulder blade pain issues. I also use a cpap machine and the neck pillow allows to sleep more comfortably while using a mask

This pillow is hard and the height is higher than the other Tempurpedic pillows I have purchased. It is too high and bothers my arthritic neck. I will not be able to use it.
