[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow was recommended by my chiropractor - it provides good support and is fairly comfortable for my neck - it is a little too soft for me, but I tend to like very hard mattresses

I used the pillow for 2 weeks, trying to give it a chance, and my neck hurt every single morning. Very expensive to never use again and not be able to return. Not recommended.

The neck pillow is hard as a rock. I am very disappointed in it and was so hoping it would work for me since I have had nek surgery with disc replaced. It would be nice to return or at the least exchange for another pillow.

These pillows are best for side sleepers and also people who sleep straight. We replaced all our pillows at home with these. very comfortable and and best quality piloows. worth the price.

The pillow is very hard, couldn't use it for even 1 hour. The return policy is worst. Company tricks customer in to buying by not highlighting return eligibility details. I think the money is wasted.

This is my 2nd Tempur Pedic pillow but this one has been hurting my neck when I wake up every morning. Not sure why. Same style that I bought last time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been sleeping on Tempur Pedic pillows for years now. We love them and always get a good nights sleep.

I did everything I was told to 'Open up the pillow' nothing makes it not a rock. Not sure what changed but clearly they messed something up with the changes. Really sucks because these aren't cheap pillows at all.
