With a bad back and bad shoulder my husband loves this pillow. It took a week or so to get used to. It is a strange shape that he wasn't used to but now he can't sleep without it.

A more firm contoured pillow with a porous cover. This pillow supports the neck like no other. It is cool and while malleable rapidly restores it's shape .

Very disappointed with my purchase of this neck pillow. I had on in the past that was wonderful but the quality of the foam in the present pillow is stiff and non conforming.

I received this product and open and i don't feel like to keep so I contact them but they are lie about their advertising they don't have return or exchange policy so please do not buy anything
