Once you open the package you can smell very strong and bad plastic smell. Call customer service, it is normal. I cant not return even I never use it. Who want to sleep plastic smell 8 hours a day?

I've had this pillow for 20 years, loved it, and needed a new one. I bought a small. The small is much higher and firmer than the old one I had. I am now having neck pain when I wake up. I wish it came in a lower, softer version.

I have had 2 neck surgeries for ruptured discs, and this is the only pillow that that I wake up with no neck pain. The contour keeps your spine aligned whether you're sleeping on your back or side. I LOVE EVERYTHING about this pillow!!!
