[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the advice of my sister, I bought the Tempur neck pillows while undergoing physical therapy for my neck. I was surprised at how quickly I adapted - very comfy.

I had this same model for years and it was great. The newer version though is way too hard. They must have changed the material. After having it for months it still never softened. I wake up with neck discomfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow feels a bit flat. I don't feel a lot support. First night sleep was uncomfortable for me because I'm a side sleeper and the pillow didn't feel thick or high enough to support my neck.

The pillow is very comfortable but after two weeks and even after removing from the case and compressing to expel the air - still smells and it's too much for me to be usable.

This pillow has saved my life. Before using I had terrible neck, shoulder and upper arm pain. Happy to say the pain and discomfort are totally gone. It seemed like it happened overnight!

I've tried other pillows in the past, but they just don't hold up. This pillow allows me to get a comfortable sleep and I appreciate the high quality. Definitely recommend!

This pillow was so hard and non conforming that it was causing jaw issues. Can't even use them. And I bought two of them! They are nothing like the neck pillow I bought years ago.

My favorite pillow in terms of quality and comfort, BUT they stopped making King size Neck pillows so they lost all my business. I hope that changes someday- I really miss it.
