The pillow is way too firm. With it I forgot about my neck pain because I got a terrible headache. I couldn't even sleep through the night. It is a pity that the item can't be returned and has to go to the trash after being used just once...

I own the cloud pillow and absolutely love it. I started having problems with my neck ( herniated disc) and decided to try the neck pillow. The one that I ordered ended up to be too small for me. I think the next size up would work well for me.

Expected the comfort I'm accustom to from this style of tempurpedic pillow but when I received a new one as a gift I must say the firm quality is really quite hard and not very comfortable to lay the head on for that reason.
