I have a lot of neck pain and have not been able to sleep soundly for years. This pillow addressed my issues and I'm finally having restful sleep. HIghly recommend if you have similar issues. Also - I'm a side sleeper and this works for me.

I use the small tempur pedic neck pillow and sleep on my back using the small side of this pillow. It is the only pillow I can sleep on without neck pain. I also take one with me if I travel. I would be lost without this wonderful pillow!

This pillow has saved my head, neck, and spine. I started using my first one back in the '90s and I bought a new one as a Hanukkah gift to myself last December. Love love love.

This pillow is too high for my neck. It is very uncomfortable to sleep with it. Since this pillow is non-returnable or cannot be exchanged to size down, I am giving a 1-star review.
