I just received my pillows yesterday. These are NOT the same neck pillows as my last two purchases. The are not the same foam and little to no support. I hope I can return then.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My SO (who uses this pillow) snores less now. The only reason that I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because my SO still sometimes chooses a different pillow to sleep with.

I had the orginal Tempurpedic pillow with my Tempurpedic bed and it was a much nicer quality than the new one. The new one is shorter and I got the medium and I really do not like it and maybe should have tried the smaller.

Received pillow was dirty and had yellow stains. It looks like it has been used for a quite some time. I wish I can attach photos here. Very disappointed with the purchase.

Got my new pillow ion Saturday, unboxed & unwrapped it and noticed a funky odor - kind of mold-y, kind of chemical. It's Tuesday and I've been airing it out and hoping this will dissipate. Any suggestions???

I have purchased Tempur neck pillows in the past and loved them. The foam is different now and way too firm for me. I can't use this pillow and I guess I'll give it away if anyone will take it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the small neck pillow based on the sizing guide on the tempurpedic website, but found it to be much too thin for me.

The material is not as soft as i was led to believe. I still end up waking up stiff on my side but it seems ok on my back although it is not as comfortable as I would hope.

I absolutely love the pillow, its beautiful, how it supports the body my one and only wish is it was coming in less firm - when you sleep on your side it hurts the face and ear :(

This pillow is miniature - smaller than a queen pillow by a lot. It looks like a children's pillow. It is too wide on one side and then flatter than a pancake on the other. This was a terrible purchase
