The neck pillow has certainly improved my sleep. I do not wake up with a crink in my neck anymore. It took a few weeks to get use to the contour of it.

It has had a musty smell that I cannot get rid of. I tried to wash it in delicate cycle, dried it with dryer sheets but it still smells. Unfortunately I can’t return a pillow :(.
