[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TEMPUR Neck Pillow claims to be firm, but when you lay on it you sink down to the mattress. I'm of average build, so I wasn't expecting this when purchasing a "firm" pillow.

The pillow is TINY, I don't understand why they don't come in standard size, I can't find a pillowcase to fit and it's not really that firm. Given I can't return it I tried it out anyway, and it sunk under my head on the first night's use.
