This is my second one. I've tried all kinds, and.this is still the best. Helped my chronic neck pain. My only criticism is the size of the neck support portion. It's great, just a smidge large for me., otherwise is a 5/5!

If you like sleeping on a curved rock it's perfect. I have a regular tempurpedic pillow and it's pretty soft. So this neck pillow is so disappointing I should have tried be fore I bought it.
