I tried for two weeks and no improvement with neck and shoulder stiffness. This pillow is VERY firm and does not contour around the neck. REMINDER- ALL SALES FINAL NO RETURNS SO DONT BOTHER. Not like their mattresses.

I have bought a few of these over the years. It really helps relieve the tension in my neck. The pillow loses its firmness over time and I have to replace it about once every year and a half.

Overall, I didn't love the pillow I purchased. It doesn't allow enough room for the crown of your head to rest on either side of the pillow. I actually prefer a much cheaper pillow I've bought before. I puke not buy again.

The pillows are really hard and tiny. I was extremely surprised when I received the pillows. Customer service don't do anything about returns or refunds so I just have to eat the cost and buy new pillows. This is ridiculous!

My previous tempur neck pillow suddenly died so I had to buy another one. This one has a better cover than the previous model. I hope this one will stay a long time.
