I have used Tempurpedic pillows for 15 years. The velour pillow covers were very comfortable and quiet. The new cover rustles and is very noisy.

Some nights I can use it other nights I can't. This is not for stomach or side sleepers that like to put gheir arms under the pillow.

The pillow needs some design improvement because it does nothing for my neck alignment...much less for a comfortable sleep.

I wish it were longer so a standard pillowcase would fit on it better. Otherwise a pretty comfy pillow, esp if you don't move at night.
