This pillow is great for neck overall, but after a two-month use, it gradually became softer and providing less support.

This is my second pillow. I have some neck problems and this is the best pillow, I will always sleep on a Tempur pedic pillow.

so far so good the only thing I do not like is the smell of the foam product. it is know to be harmful when prolonged breathing.

Disappointed. Bought two, used one for one night. Couldn't return either for a refund. Total waste of money.
