Appears to place gentle traction on cervical spine and comfortably cradles the neck. My neck pain and stiffness improved dramatically w use.

The pillow was OK, Not the greatest...I was expecting a better experience with the pillow...I have changed pillows.

I got the curve pillow and am very, very pleased. Had no problems getting used to it. Great price, too!

My hands kept going to sleep which would wake me up. Then I got my tempurpedic pillow & no more waking up because of numb hands.
