When will I receive my pillow cover that offered me free to complete the form and register the product?

I finally found a pillow to support my head and neck in a comfortable position. I no longer wake up with a stiff neck.

Most uncomfortable pillow. Gave me neck pain. So sad to spend all my money on a negative experience.

following your chart measurement i selected a large size pillow. Not only it is too high but also much too hard. for me, it was a waste of money.
