I was having headaches very frequently when I woke up. Headaches stopped happening when I started using the pillow.

I wish it were longer so a standard pillowcase would fit on it better. Otherwise a pretty comfy pillow, esp if you don't move at night.

This pillow fits into the crevice at the nape of my neck so perfectly that sleeping on my back is an enhanced experience. LOVE IT!
