The pillow is extremely hard. It never softened up. Expensive and useless pillows because there are no returns or exchanges.

Switched to this pillow for neck and back pain relief. It's comfortable qhen you fins the sweet spot. Smaller than I expected, but nice. I reccomemd.

The small neck pillows offer very little support. It feels really 'mushy' and flimsy. The pillow still smells after weeks.

I have had Swedish neck pillows for the last 20 years. The new model lacks significant memory. Not as great as the old ones.
