I love this pillow that's why I purchased another but it doesn't seem as firm as the other ones were.. anyway it still helps me to wake up with no neck pain 😊

Followed measurements as indicated on the website. The pillow was too big and uncomfortable. Pillows are not refundable or exchangable. So, a complete waist of money. Try at a store first.

I love the pillow so much, I bought it for a gift for my brother who was having problems with his neck and I also bought one for my husband they both love it. Very comfortable if your a side sleeper or back sleeper. I highly recommend it.

Beware that small, medium, and large refers to the height of the neck support. The pillow itself is very small. Too small for regular pillow cases. Annoyingly small if you move around at all in the night. I would return it if I could.

Too hard to be comfortable for side sleepers.Neither my wife or myself use these expensive pillows. Quality is excellent, but need to be slightly taller and SOFTER with some give.
