I love the pillow. My one complaint is that it isn't really queen sized. It fits into a twin case and even then has room.

I ordered 2 middle ones. They are firm which provided good support to my neck, but the pillow is so small. Normal pillow case is way too big for it.

This pillow was comically small, and stiff as a board. Not in a good way. Waste of money - don't purchase, folks.
