Appears to place gentle traction on cervical spine and comfortably cradles the neck. My neck pain and stiffness improved dramatically w use.

As a small person, I appreciate the smaller height of the pillow. It is perfect for a shorter neck and fits more easily in my suitcase fro travel.

I have purchased tempur-pedic pillows for years. This purchase was very disappointing. Quality and comfort poor compared to previous purchases.

I love the pillow when sleeping on my side. When I toss and turn or go from side sleeping to back sleeping it is not as comfortable for me.

This is my second pillow. I have some neck problems and this is the best pillow, I will always sleep on a Tempur pedic pillow.
