The Tempurpedic medium neck pillow is the only one I have used for the past 20 years. I wouldn't use any other brand.

Smaller than normal regular size pillow, otherwise very good support. Would have ordered large if I knew pillow was going to be so small.

I've been very pleased with this pillow. My neck pain has decreased and I seem to be sleeping much better.
