I wish I had understood from the description how firm this pillow actually is. I can't use it or return it.

This is my fourth pillow. The firmness has diminished significantly. With regret, this was my last purchase.

Not something I would buy again. It's not very comfortable, the overall support of the pillow is just okay.

The pillow is too small and extremely thin not meant for a grown person. I have to stack two pillows to be able to use it. Not worth the money!!
