The off-gassing on this pillow is terrible. I put it outside for 5 days and it still smelled like a chemical factory.

I love that each of the four sides offers a different neck position. I have used all of them at one time or another depending on how my neck feels.

Terrible product. Too hard to sleep on it and it does not soften or mold to my head even after I lay on it for a while.

It's too small. Smaller than it said in the description so it is not comfortable for me. It's really unfortunate bc this pillow is not cheap.
