very thin profile, basically like not having a pillow at all. Also smells really bad, after several weeks it still smells awful.

The pillow is really hard and uncomfortable. These can't be returned either so if it doesn't work for you then you're stuck with it.

I love the pillow. My one complaint is that it isn't really queen sized. It fits into a twin case and even then has room.

It's too small. Smaller than it said in the description so it is not comfortable for me. It's really unfortunate bc this pillow is not cheap.
