Over 15 years I have bought two pillows to help support my neck and I loved. I bought new neck pillow in 2020 this time the quality is have gone down ( the price still the same).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is unforgivingly firm. It is not at all comfortable. I used the sizing guide and selected medium on the recommendation of the manufacturer. It is much too thick.

These are the fifth and sixth pillows that I have bought of this size and type. I used to teach and often got knots in my shoulders from leaning over the desks. Fifteen minutes on the pillow after coming home and the aches were gone!!!

I have used the XL neck pillow for over ten years. I LOVE IT. I suffer from migraines and the XL neck pillow helps tremendously. PLEASE bring it back. If you have any left overs in stock, I would buy several.

I ordered the neck pillow and it's almost a child's size pillow. Wish I went with two cloud pillows instead of one of each. Wish I could switch it out. Very disappointed being 6ft4 and 300lbs.
