Pillow is ridiculously small. Don't go by the size guide because it is wildly inaccurate. The small sized pillow is for people 3 feet tall and under. And because pillows can't be returned, you'll be stuck with it.

Don't waste your money, pillow is a joke. Slept with it for two days and have the worst headache ever. Ended up giving it to my cat for her to sleep on. Very disappointed had heard great things about tempurpedic. Keep your hard earned money.

I love the pillow so much, I bought it for a gift for my brother who was having problems with his neck and I also bought one for my husband they both love it. Very comfortable if your a side sleeper or back sleeper. I highly recommend it.

I noticed that I had less neck pain when I would wake up in the morning. Sometimes I take a break using the pillow and it helps with neck pain as well.
