Love the pillow. Was told I'd get a free pillow case when I registered on line. It's been 8 weeks and no pillow case??? I don't have a case that fits the pillow. Can you get this sent to me soon?

It was a birthday present from my parents to me, their poor college student with an aching back! Seriously, this pillow has really helped me sleep at night, and I will never leave home without it!!
