[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased The Temper neck pillow and am very disappointed. I'm a side sleeper so thought it would be perfect. It makes my neck more sore than before ! I can't use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sadly do not use this pillow at all and you cannot return or exchange pillows if you don't like them. I tried using it for a couple of weeks but every morning I was waking up with a sore neck.

This pillow is softer, i.e., less firm than the previous TEMPUR-PEDIC I owned and thought I was replacing. Therefore, I did not get what I thought I would get and it is not as useful to me as I expected it to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's definitely firm and doesn't lose it's shape. It's just so narrow and tiny. Kind of like a pillow for a dorm or prison bed. My neck no longer hurts with it but it's not very comfortable

I love my neck pillow. I purchased my first one several years ago from my chiropractor. Recently my husband was having trouble with his neck and we purchased two more. They are a must have for us. If we are traveling, our pillows go too.

I bought this for my 11 year old daughter, as she had discomfort on her neck while sleeping. She used down pillow. After switching to tempurpedic pillow, she says she doesn't feel discomfort while sleeping.
