[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the exactly the pillow that I'm looking for. Very Good for supporting the neck. Firm and feel comfortable while sleeping on it.

Very hard to the point that it hurt my neck and it's now in the basement. I was honestly so disappointed, I wish I can still return it and get the soft gel one instead.

I used to have a lot of neck problems but this pillow has helped me sleep better without the neck pain. Would recommend but go for the large size for a good fit.

The pillow smell is horrible! I have put it outside numerous times to air out and it still smells! You need to figure out how to address this problem!

This pillow was awful. It did nothing for neck support. I woke up with a headache. The larger bump that was supposed to go under the neck to support didn't even reach it on my side. It was a waste of my money.
