[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, too hard for us to use all night. Becomes uncomfortable for both of us (got two). We own a tempur-pedic bed so we were hopeful.

This pillow is nothing like the one I had several years ago. I finally splurged and got another because I loved the old one which was a gift. It is thin and has no neck support and is too hard.

I bought the small neck pillow 2 months ago to replace a lost tempur pedic pillow. My neck isn't sore anymore and I'm quite happy with it. Upon reflection I would have bought the medium pillow as a standard pillow case tends to fall off easily.

Love the pillow, but I got one size too large and it is very uncomfortable. I don't even use it. I was very disappointed that it could not be returned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is very soft to touch, yet also firm and supportive. I have sleep apnea and neck/back pain. This pillow helps me to sleep more comfortably and restfully.

Extremely hard pillow - has taken me quite some time to get used to but a neck issue has compelled me to stick with it and try to break it in. Several times almost gave up. Do appreciate that I can sleep on my back or my side with it.
