I love this pillow. The only thing that I would change is to be offered a higher loft. I have to put a towel under my pillow to make it high enough to keep pressure off my shoulder. My last one lasted a long long time.

I started using your pillows in 2000 and was instantly hooked. Over the years I have tried lesser priced contour pillows, but always have come back to Tempurdeic. They are the best

This pillow is not the same as the one I bought some years ago although it has the same references. It is far too soft and does not support the head/neck at all. Then it is useless. And that is a shame that I cannot take it back to the store.

I broke my neck in 2 places. Since my neck surgery this is the only pillow that gives me the support I need and the comfort I need to get a good nights sleep. I would not sleep on anything but this pillow!

Past pillows I have purchased were "low profile", so I purchased small. It is too small and causing more problems than old low profile that needed replacing!
