[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sleep on my back or side, and this pillow is not comfortable to me at all. The firmness is good, but it is not tall (thick) enough to support my neck properly.

It's very similar to the original pillow which I loved. It feels great, but I wish it was just a little bit longer i.e. queen size. Would buy again very easily.

I needed something that supported my neck while I slept. I would get a crick in my neck with other pillows. Thankfully that is a thing of the past since I started using my tempurpedic pillow.

I like the pillow, but wish that i had more support for my neck. I measured my neck at the time of purchase but it seems that my neck slopes downward. Maybe the contour should be different
