[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is really firm and did not alleviate any discomfort. It was uncomfortable. The product itself is well made and good quality.

The sizing chart did not translate well to what was best for us, and the pillows themselves were overly firm. Overall, troubled sleep and woke up with a stiff neck.

This product is nowhere near the quality of density as my medium pillow of the same kind. It is too squishy and doesn't support my head. I am extremely unhappy with this product when I received it.
