[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a bad stain on our carpet and the Shark Stainforce took the stain out really well. I like that it is portable and has a good battery life. The carry caddy that comes with it is very handy as well. It was very easy to clean and I would overall recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the packaging it comes in and it's very easy to assemble. It works well, but it would have been easier if it came with a hose because you get tired of vacuuming and scrubbing. It's a bit heavy, but it does work.

I used it on travertine flooring to clean where it’s pitted and it took it from black out looking to stone color. The battery life is great and it has a suctioning or vacuum function which comes in super handy for carpet or floors.

The battery life seems to be great as I used several times without recharging. The stain remover is very effective and the machine is durable. Great purchase!

You have to use a spray to saturate the stain first then the scrubber to clean it up and if you use it for your car or you have kids or dogs your gonna waste a lot of money buying the spray for it! It has a small tank for the dirty water so after each spot you clean you have to empty it! It comes with a bucket type holder and you fill water to the line inside the cup and it will clean the cleaner out for you so that’s awesome! It works good got the stain in my carpet out and one my son got on the back seat in my car! It’s just annoying having to empty it so much and having to use the spray first then clean the spot! Would be amazing if there wasn’t so many steps to using it!

Works as expected. Easy to use and understand directions

Liked the idea of it, but I received a defected spray bottle which cannot spray at all. I'm disappointed as this is the first Shark product I bought.
