Super suction is the dominant factor in this review. Sometimes overpowering on smaller things like bathroom rugs, and loose rugs. Not sure how best to control it. I love that it can adjust itself from hard floors to low pile and thick rugs all on it's own. This is my third Lift Away Shark vacuum so I definitely recommend them. Someday I hope I can get the one that turns the canister vacuum into a stick vacuum to get underneath all my couches, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this Shark Detect Pro for a bit now, and wow — it’s made cleaning fun. First off, the suction power on the wand is no joke!! It easily grabs dirt from tight corners and even lifts up stuff I didn’t know was there. The main vacuum head actually pivots which I thought was pretty cool. It makes steering around furniture way smoother. It's on the heavier side, but the handle is perfectly placed so picking it up isn’t a struggle. The attachments do their job well, although snapping them on and off can take a little tut. Another thing I appreciate is the long cord. I can zip through several rooms without hunting for a new outlet. Emptying the dust container was super straightforward too — pop it off, dump it out, done. One feature that surprised me is the built-in light. It actually shows you all the debris being sucked up. Honestly, I’m most excited to take this out to my car. With how powerful that wand suction is I can see it cleaning the tight spaces so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been testing the Shark Detect Pro Lift-Away vacuum for a few weeks now, and I have to say - this might be the most impressive vacuum I've ever used. The suction power is absolutely insane - it picked up stuff from my carpets that I swear was woven into the fibers. The DuoClean technology really works, seamlessly transitioning from hard floors to thick rugs without missing a beat. What really surprised me was the anti-allergen system. As someone who usually sneezes through the entire cleaning process, I noticed a real difference in air quality after using this. The sealed system actually works - no more dust clouds when emptying the bin. The Lift-Away feature has been a game changer for stairs and furniture. It's surprisingly lightweight when detached, making those awkward above-your-head cleans much easier. Maintenance is a breeze too - the self-cleaning brush roll actually works (goodbye scissors and hair-wrapped rollers!), and the bagless design saves money in the long run. Is it perfect? Well, it's still a vacuum - so no, cleaning isn't suddenly fun. But it's close. The only real downside is the price tag, but considering how well it works and how much time it saves me, I'd say it's worth every penny.

I have now had my upright detect pro for about a month now and I absolutely love this vacuum! I have owned a few shark vacuums before this one , the vortex, the rocket they have been great vacuums and have lasted for a long time especially at times with having 5 dogs,3 Cats and 3 Birds… I do a lot of rescue and with that comes a lot of hair and dander… This vacuum blows all of the others away! The strength is unmatched! Only thing I regret is that it didn’t come with all of the attachments… I would’ve liked to have tried them out and reviewed them as well, but as far as this vacuum goes, hands Down my absolute favorite and I am definitely so so impressed with everything about! *****

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best in class, powerful suction and suitable for longer clean up jobs. Convenience of a stick vacuum without the worry of battery running out! It's bagless too, makes it easier to empty out. The lift-away pod is a nice feature, easily reach ceilings too for quick cleaning. The odor neutralizer suppresses any dust smell without spreading. The self cleaning brush roll leaves no tangled mess and very easy to operate. The edge detect and direction detect works well. Very easy to clean heavy carpets. Floor detect helps to seamlessly switch between hardwood and carpets. My only negative would be that the lift away pod might feel a little heavy in the hand for longer cleaning. But it can be easily overlooked with the powerful cleaning you are getting. Definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shark is truly dependable brand when it comes to vacuum. I used this vacuum as soon as I received it and it was definitely an upgrade from my old shark vacuum. It is more portable than the old one I have which is a plus. Not too loud. I can also tell that it filters dirt so you can be sure that no dust gets out of vacuum. This vacuum is very well recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow wow wow. Let me start off by saying I am the ultimate clean freak and this vacuum has put me to SHAME. I normally use the Dyson stick vacuum which picks up most things on the hard surfaces-but the carpets? I mean look at the photos. It’s been like 5 days since I vacuumed the carpets and that’s what came out of them. I’ve been humbled. Some huge downsides is the wire of course but the suction power is worth it. Easy disposal of the debris. The other attachments like the blinds and fan blade attachments are superb. Don’t even get me started on the light. I vacuumed in the dark just for the fun of it and I feel like i found even more crumbs than with the lights on!! Needless to say, I am very pleased. Would highly recommend if you don’t mind the wire.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark vacuum is a powerful and versatile cleaning tool that’s great for both carpets and hard floors. It has strong suction, is easy to maneuver, and comes with useful attachments for corners and pet hair. The dust cup is easy to empty, and the filter system helps trap allergens. Overall, it’s a reliable and affordable option for everyday cleaning.

We own a farm and this vacuum handles the dirt and dust beautifully

Love it! Works great! Does everything I want it to do
