I found the innovasian general tso’s chicken in the freezer isle at the store and thought i would give it a shot. It was easy to make, and tasted better than any Chinese restaurant we’ve found! The spice was perfect! I really like that it came with split sauce bags, so you didn’t have to make the whole box if you didn’t want to. My family devoured it after I made it and even went back for seconds! I consider that a win since my girls are super picky eaters! This will become a regular added to our meal rotation! Makes for a very easy meal for a busy weekday evening!

The sauce could be a bit too spicy for some. The amount of chicken compared to the amount of breading is disappointing. I chose to pair with zucchini and rice to make it fuller. I'd take 2 bags of Trader Joe's Orange Chicken over this. For about the same price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The General Yao’s Chicken was a nice addition to the family meal. It is made with white meat is our choice of the chicken meat. The spicy Asian BBQ sauce was spicy and the texture was crispy. If you don’t like spicy entrees I suggest only use part of the sauce.

I liked that the sauce package was separate, which allowed me to control how saucy I wanted the meal to be!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family loves Chinese food and General Tso’s chicken did not disappoint. My husband and I both work and we have 3 kids at home. This was an easy week night meal that we all ate without complaint. Just cook up some rice and you are all set. The chicken pieces were big and meaty and the flavor was really good. A spicier version of orange chicken. Not overly spicy though. Will be keeping this on hand for an easy and delicious meal!

We followed the directions and the chicken had a little crunch to it. The glaze light sauce has sweet taste...with just enough zing to let you know it's there, but still enjoy your food.

I didn’t really care for that. The sauce is ok, kind of vinegary, but I didn’t expect it to be restaurant quality. Over all, it could be ok for a quick meal but I don’t think I’ll buy it.

You get two bags of sauce for a single serving of chicken. The he flavor is great a tiny bit but n the salty side but sweet and spicy. I made with some short grain rice and it’s the perfect meal.
