Firstly, the amount of chicken I was able to fit in one bowl alone. It is a pound, but bigger pieces might make it seem like less. The sauce is nice and spicy and you get plenty you could add to some rice as well, however the ingredients could be improved. It’s not non-gmo or organic, so they could improve there as well. May or may not purchase again, maybe if it’s on sale, but that’s just my opinion.

But once it came out of oven, everything changed. It was super easy to prepare, and the texture turned out great. I was unsure if the sauce packet would be enough, but it ended up being the perfect amount. I just had to mix it well to evenly coat all the pieces.
