The exfoliation kit is really great, everything is very well explained and easy to use. A quick and effective weekly routine at home. From the first use I saw the difference in my skin. INCREDIBLE!! Depuffi has my heart because you can use it everyday and it really feels good!! After using InstaChill , I felt my face toned and ready to start the day and after using InstaHeat, I felt me face relax so go to sleep well!!

I think it’s worth it the price of 2 facials you can already buy this device and I can do it anytime I want at home. The suction is my fave part it pulls out so much gunk. It helps with my skin congestion and blackheads on my nose. I like that it’s comes with different attachment the tzone ones and sensitive. I use the sensitive one and might move on to normal one. The infuse helps the serum goes deeper my skin feels more hydrated and some dark spots faded. I also use the chill feature every morning to depuff. I done 3 facials already and there’s still some detox gel and infuse serum left. I love that it comes with its own storage box can bring on vacation or sleepover at friends place super convenient. Overall I love being able pamper myself and get a facial don’t on my own time

I got this for my kids acne and it really helps her, we have great bonding time where I wash her face then she washes mine with it. It’s got a nice weight and feel, it really does show the gunk you get off your face when you use it. it’s a little tricky to use when your victim is laying down on their back, but much easier to use if they’re upright, I guess the self care angle was what the design was about. It is a little pricy, but it’s an optional good in a luxury space by a well known brand, so I don’t mind.

I used the sensitive attachments and it didn't leave my skin red. The products it came with have so much product that you will not run out fast. It has a compact container that is great for bringing with you and to keep it sanitary. Would definitely recommend this if you get facials alot and want to save money.

I bought the Shark red light therapy mask and love it so much. I saw the new Facial Pro and did my research and decided to buy it. I started on the lowest setting using the sensitive skin tip, even though I don’t have sensitive skin. Each week I went up a setting and once you get the hang of it, it’s awesome! I used to get hydrafacials 6 times a year and stopped doing them because of the expense. This little machine gives me the same results as a hydrafacial. My pores are so much smaller that you can barely see them. I highly recommend this product and it wasn’t gifted to me.

I tend to not get professional facials enough and like that there is an at-home option that helps me achieve some of the benefits of getting it done professionally. After reading the instructions, it is fairly simple to operate. I do wish it moved a little smoother while moving across the face but the suction limits the smoothness. Most of the times, I haven’t seen a lot of gunk in the dirty tank but I also don’t wear a lot of makeup that clogs my pores. I do wish the cap fit better in that it clicks or locks. Currently it just sits on top and came packaged with an elastic that holds it together. And the cleaning brush and charging wire has to be in exactly the same place it came in or it doesn’t close. Other than those items, I do like the system and am hoping it continues to work well and keep my face feeling fresh and clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never used it purchased a shark product in the past but I may have become a convert. I have oily, acne prone, aging skin (31 😭), I’ve spent thousands on acne treatments from an esthetician only skin care brand and this tool actually decongested my skin better. I’ve attached a few photos for you to see the difference, the red shirt was before I started using this tool, and black shirt is after. I look more clear, plump, and rested. My favorite part of this tool has been the depufi, I have two very young children and I’m up all night, this tool makes me look awake and ready for the gym at 6am. In the picture I only used the depufi on HALF of my face and you can see how much more snatched I look on one side . My only suggestion would be to change the wording on the instructions and now recommend weekly exfoliation for people who already use a lot of actives in their routine. I only needed to use 1-2x a month for dramatic results. The handle is very ergonomic and overall this has been easy to use and will save me thousands and time away from my kids.
