Just put together and wheels are off balance. Contacted company and needed to send lots of info and photos to prove I purchased mower. Company sent letter with 3 places that do artwork but one listed does NOT do anything with these mower’s. Shop I took mower to said it’s one of the less quality mower’s on the market. And company is flow to do warranty approvals to the repair shop. I do not like rear wheel drive. When you stop to turn you must stop auto drive or it just keeps on pulling into objects. Not a good design.

This mower does not have an adjustable handle. I am 5’3 and the handle comes to my arm pits. This is for a tall person. I got it together and added the oil and gas. It started on the second pull. I pulled back on the self propelled handle and it pulled a wheelie. There’s no way to adjust the speed. If you like speed and you are tall, this mower is for you.

I think there is something wrong with my Yard Force. I have called and everyone says it is someone elses responsibility. The lawn mower doesn't "roll" on its own, only if you engage the rear wheel self propelled and then the darn thing is doing wheelies around the yard. It will not reverse and turns are terrible. The self propelled is amazing and that sucker will pull you around, but something is terribly wrong with this as it will go straight up a tree if you aren't careful.

That I am female and currently living alone. The lawnmower was delivered to my house and I put it together by myself. Instructions and pictures were very good and easy to follow. The mower cranked right up first time and is easy to maneuver. I was able to cut my yard with very little effort using the self-propelled. Highly recommend this mower!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had a chance to use the item once. It seems to perform as expected but it's early to be sure. Price....found similar prices elsewhere but ordered from Walmart. Price could have been a bit lower.

Price and delivery speed was very good. The mower arrived 3/4 assembled. Very easy to attach remaining parts. 10min typical. Looks solid built. Added supplied oil 15oz and gasoline. 2 pulls and it started. I was concerned about the self propelled fast speed because of other reviews but I found this mower goes at a good speed for me and I can turn it while still engaging propelled or use as a push mower once you get use to it. It's light enough to maneuver and operate as a push mower when you are doing finer manuvers. There is not much vibration either. I'm using mulch mode so I haven't tried side discharge or basket yet. Optional cutting mode parts attach without tools. Height adjustment is easy with a single lever. It cuts high grass easily and has plenty of power to propell up a moderate incline. The only unknown is the durability. Time will tell. Very pleased with the purchase so far. Engine label is EX625. Shipping box shows EXI625?????? Not sure what's going on there. Maybe someone can clarify that difference. Maybe a prior year model. Think an I series doesn't need regular oil changes. It was advertised as EX625 engine when I bought it so not concerned, just curious.

This is a good heavy mower. One lever wheels adjustment. I just love it.
