Great instruction book that I don't have to look up online because I can keep the book handy and refer to it often and also recipes look terrific

Directions work as stated: have only made frozen pizzas so far. Should work better with homemade pizza.

Most frozen pizzas are larger than 12 inches. Consequently will not fit in pizza oven. Tried making homemade pizza takes several tries to make.

Super easy to use. Make sure you don't over sauce or add too many ingredients so the pizza will slide easily on and off the peel.

I bought one for my winter home and absolutely love it. Good quality and perfect for indoor pizza making.

Good gluten free pizza is nonexistent outside of homemade. This wasn't totally necessary but makes life alot easier and cooler.
