It would be better to delete the metal peel and replace it with a wooden one. Does not work very well and feels cheap.

Pleased with the first use. I have only used the New York setting and it worked well. I like the included peel.

Used it twice. Heat up fast, keep temperature high. Would be nice to have some kind of heat control system to avoid burning the food.
