Pleased with the first use. I have only used the New York setting and it worked well. I like the included peel.

Seems to work well. Keep the oven on longer than the preheat timer so that the stone heats up properly too

The website times me out several times before I could register my warranty. But the product is good.

It is not clear if we can turn the switch off (even if we are not supposed to plug it off) during the cooling process.

Method of peel is terrible. Pizza does not slide off. Created an huge mess and complicated the experience. Other than that cooks well.

Just got this for Christmas. Although I’d love it to hold larger pizzas. It did great on the first try.

It would be better to delete the metal peel and replace it with a wooden one. Does not work very well and feels cheap.
