Upper heating element not working properly. Top of pizza not crisping up even at 750f

The only thing could use some improvement is the way the door closes. It doesn’t make a great seal.

Seems to be a great oven

This is our 2nd oven; we enjoyed our first oven fir almost 3 years; this is our replacement.

The  Best

Timer knob was only held on by a thin string of glue. In other words the knob was just hanging and not on the timer spindle. Thank God for epoxy.

Great product! Easy to use.  Make pizza at least once a week now and don't go out for pizza as much and we are New Yorkers.

Great but not

great idea and concept. Worked great once then temperature failed and was defective. had to return to store. a shame because I was excited to use it.

Very happy with this purchase! I bought it on Black Friday sale and you just can't beat the bang for the buck. I did a ton of research and this is the best indoor pizza oven for under a grand, and by far the best at this price point! Does a fantastic job with the thin crust and Neapolitan style pizzas I've tried so far. I know purists say a Neapolitan pizza should be done in 90 seconds and it will realistically take 2.5-3 minutes from my experience in this oven. I don't mind that. It's fantastic and more than adequate for 99% of people.
