[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase post Helene to never be without power again. I researched many inverter generators, and this one fit the bill for my intended use. Once available again, I purchased this unit. The quality of the machine looks great. So far, I'm very happy.

The unit was shipped extremely well packed. Simple instructions had me up and running the unit in about 30 minutes. I elected to initially use propane, and hook up was a cinch. The unit fired up right away and handled the electrical draw easily. Other things I liked, include the ease of adding oil and future oil changes. The quick connect for the propane is well placed and simple to use. Looking forward to many years of service.

Bought this generator to power my whole house when the power gets shut off. Ive only broken it in and tested it but it has plenty of power to power my whole house and the noise is minimal for a generator of this size. I am pleasantly surprised with it so far. Time will tell how reliable it is but so far so good. Starts easy and no complaints.

Just purchased this to replace an old generator. Overall it looks and feels great. I've only ran it for 5 hours to break the system in and change out the oil. Very quite. These are my only complaints. You have to remove screws to check oil level, the funnel they provide to add oil does not fit snuggly and must be held in place while adding oil (and it's easy to have it move while adding oil and makes a mess, I know by experience ;-( ).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been very satisfied with our Champion Power Equipment. Our new addition is the 11,000w generator to run our home when the is power out. It came with everything we needed to power it up(except fuel). Pulled the choke cranked it over a couple of times and it started right up. This is our 3 champion product, we also have 27 ton log splitter, 4500w portable generator for our travel trailer. We’ve never had any issues with these products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I very happy with this generator. I love the easy start and information read out. I had to buy a new power cord for panel inlet and change inlet box at panel. No big deal. This generator has a lot more watts than my old one which was a pull start. It's big and heavy but the grab bar and wheels make it easy to move around.

Just received my model 201417 inverter generator. I had a smaller Champion Generator before and was very satisfied. After following the easy instructions and firing up my new, much quieter and easy start inverter generator, I know I will be very satisfied with this model also.

Bought about a month ago for emergency backup and powering some equipment when far away from wall power. Haven't tried the second part, but it handled powering the house extremely well. One thing to note is that the 30A fuse is off by default and it's not covered in the manual at all. So if you're trying to connect the 30A socket to the transfer switch and the electricity gnomes don't want to make your stuff work, don't be me and re-check every connection for 5 minutes. Start with the fuse.

Just bought. Impressed how everything you need to start up is in the box. Instructions easy and clear. No issue installing handles/wheels. Once ready, started right up by electric start but also tried the pull start which I can do but when my wife tried she was unable to do. Although it wieghs 205 lb I can move around easily but on this one my wife was able to wheel around. We are currently waiting for our electrician to come to get set up into our main panel for the house. We are confident this is going to be a great back power supply.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main considerations influencing my decision were: (1) Positive customer and expert reviews (2) Availability of nearby service (3) Quiet operation that wouldn't disturb neighbors (4) Sufficient power to run our whole house during a blackout This generator exceeded my expectations in all these areas. It started right away and runs smoothly. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to service—especially for someone like me, who is not mechanically inclined. Overall, I’m very pleased with its performance.
