TV is massive and heavier than I expected but seems well built. The picture is bright and there is no stutter. The sound isn’t horrible for a flat screen but nothing that a sound bar couldn’t fix.

We LOVE our TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE our TV!! It was easy to transport with 2 people, easy set up, and registration. Both the visual and sound quality are stellar! I can only imagine what the experience will be once we get our Sonos subwoofer hooked up! Impressive!!

The Best TV for the Price

The TCL 98QM6K has an incredible picture. For the price it can’t be beat. You may not even need a soundbar as the built in subwoofer has a very good quality sound. I’d highly recommend this TV.

Poor Delivery experience

The TV is fine, very nice picture, all that. This review is intended for the delivery included as part of the purchase. Pick-up was not available for this item, so delivery was the only option. I was promised delivery the next day, but that came and went with no delivery after I sat home all day waiting. Called Sam's that night, was told it would be within the next 24-48 hours, so I potentially have to wait at home for two more days with no concrete idea when it might come. Sam's claimed they were having trouble getting a delivery truck driver. Well, it did get delivered the next day, and I found out why there was an issue with getting a driver. Turns out, they don't have delivery trucks, they farm that out to Roadie.com (like Uber Eats for delivery service) to get it delivered. So it came in the back of a pick-up truck laid over on its side (From everything I read online, this is a huge no-no for a 98" screen TV) in the rain. surprisingly, I got lucky and it wasn't damaged.

Disappointed in service

Great picture. But absolutely no help in trying to figure out how to operate this TV. Little pamphlet included only has three pages of information which is basically worthless. also bought 250 inch TCL TVs, but may return them if there’s no help and how to operate it.

Trouble with install

One of the reasons I purchased this television was because of the attractive offer of free wall mounting through Angi. Purchased on 6/8, delivered on 6/10 and I have yet to receive the confirmation email for the install. I have called a total of 3 times to remedy the situation and I still haven’t received confirmation. Very disappointed!

Disastrous Ppp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TCL App does not work! It won’t even let you rate the App on Apple App Store, that’s the reason I’m rating it here. I loaded App from QR square and also straight out of the App Store and deleted and reloaded it. Screen comes up but you can’t do nothing either it!
