But use in mild doses cause you don't want to use to much otherwise it turns into the liquid squirts..

These are much easier to take than the usual liquid magnesium citrate. The individually wrapped chews make them super convenient for travel or keeping in a bag. The flavor is mixed berry but it does have a bit of an artificial aftertaste. Instructions are to take 2-4 chews per dose.
