I took one of these chews which were pretty tasty and chewy like the name states. I thought it worked pretty quickly, but it is hard to say if I was going to have a bowel movement naturally already. I didn't get any cramps. I would definitely continue to use these if needed.

I would highly recommend I will probably definitely be purchasing these after this pack is gone although the quantity you get less a long time, which is great as well !

Not sure I will continue to use these but if you need something to help you and have trouble taking pills this is a working option.

You definitely need to drink the glass of water with it, they have a weird after taste. They don't give you a stomach ache or make you feel sick at all. I haven't noticed them to work within 30 minutes like the packaging suggests. They have a great berry taste and aren't too hard to chew. Great small size and each chew is individually wrapped. I am not a huge fan of the taste and texture but if you have a kid it would be easy for them to take and think it's candy.
