I made 2 attempts to order these speakers and both attempts were canceled w/o any explanation given nor did I receive a refund until after calling 2 times to remind them of their own neglect to fulfill my order. Mind you the 2nd attempt was made only after explaining to them the incident that occurred after my first order whereby they assured me they'd fix the problem and gave me s confirmation code n all to reassure me that they were going to resolve the issue. I've had these speakers before and they're good but the customer service for this particular item was awful which isn't usually the case..

I’m honestly really impressed with these little Edifier speakers. They’re small, but they put out super clear sound with a nice balance. The bass is surprisingly strong too, giving it that extra depth without sounding muddy. I was looking for something that would not only sound great but look nice too. These are well made, compact, and have a nice sleek look. The brass features really take it up a notch. I also love how easy they are to use with both my phone over Bluetooth and my computer, they switch over without any hassle. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase.
