Very low quality compared to the chicken previously sold in the foam packaging. Slimy and has a very weird smell. I will be looking elsewhere for chicken if they are going to keep selling it in the bags filled with water. The chicken doesn't seem to be the same quality as they previously sold.

This new chicken is awful. I don't know when it changed, but the quality of the chicken, the quality of the packaging is all awful. Definitely not fresh. The chicken is slimey, inconsistent, and definitely not fresh. The packaging is difficult to deal with because there is so much liquid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After cutting the chicken breast I decided to marinate it in lemon juice and then add some seasoning before grilling it on a bed of sliced onions and avocado oil. The aroma from the chicken breasts as I was cooking it was divine. The texture was soft and juicy and paired nicely with the salad i had prepared. Between the cooking time and taste I find the quality for the chicken breast was good for me and my family. There was no aftertaste and I found it simple enough to grill and add my favorite seasoning for all my family to enjoy.

This new package STINKS as it does not contain several breasts and you can't see what you're getting. I'd take all of the breasts from previous package and cook them in crockpot, put in 2 ziplock bags and freeze one until I needed it. I went to Aldis store and bought 2 packages of uniform sized chicken breasts that I could see and contained approximately 7 To 8 breasts.

New presentation is absolutely horrible!! I had bought this chicken for more than 14 years for a food service business, and it was great until they changed the presentation, the new “improved” bags are terrible, it's like chicken in a brine, full of juice and very messy to work with.. for $0.10 more cents I can buy it at other store where they are still on trays and are less of a problem.. obviously some corporate person behind this change never ever cook from scratch..

I will get at least ten meals out of this, because I cut the breast in have to make them thin. I used it to make no peek chicken and the taste was amazing. The chicken was not slimy coming out of the package and the taste was great! Will definitely be a repurchase

I have always bought the family sized chicken from Sam's and I suggested it to a friend. I guess the week I did they had a new package and smaller size. We had dinner with them and cooked the chicken.. it was so different and slimy. I felt so bad I had told them it was great quality…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this new presentation, easier and more comfortable; you only use the amount you need without leaving all the chicken exposed!! As for the quality, it is excellent, low in fat, good color, and flavor, when cooking the chicken its flavor is very good so I recommend it to prepare wonderful recipes in the kitchen; I prepared a carbonara pasta with a grilled chicken breast, it was spectacular.

This might be one of the worst changes Sams has ever done. please change the packing back, this is terrible! The size of the meat is smaller, they dont store well in the freezer and the purge collector smells in every single package. I get that the economy is bad, but dont lose sales on one of your highest margins to save a penny. Thats how you lose customers. I sure know im not buying them like this again.

I love that it was a big package (about 5 and a half pounds) but it was pre split up into 4 separate packages so I didn't have to repackage them for freezing right away. They looked good with no blood vessels or anything. I thinly sliced them and marinated in teriyaki and brown sugar and then cooked on the stove stop and mixed in with some ramen and it turned out so good and juicy and not all rubbery I couldn't believe it. They sliced well with only a couple small pieces of fat that I could slice through with my sharp knife.
