This product is a lot worse than it was before when it came on the trays. I just got a bag that opened and squirted nasty chicken juice all over the counter. The trays were easier to carry and easier to open and prepare. These chicken breasts are difficult to handle and poorly packaged.

I absolutely love the vacuum-sealed, partitioned packaging—it makes freezing individual portions totally mess-free. The chicken comes out incredibly moist and tender when properly marinated, though I find you do need to watch it to prevent overcooking."

After buying the new packaged chicken for a second time and being completely disgusted with what was in the packages, I will be shopping elsewhere. The quality of the meat has drastically declined. Some of the chicken thighs don't even look like thighs. I have kept my membership because Sam's always had better quality meats than elsewhere, but I am now rethinking renewing my membership.

The reason I gave it 3 stars is because most of the breasts was just fat so made the portions smaller. I spent a long time trying to pick one without that much fat but it didn’t seem to matter in the end. That’s my biggest complaint. In regards to flavor it was okay. I don’t think I would buy it again.

Members Mark Boneless Chicken Breasts have been terrible the last 2 times I bought them. Right out of the package the breasts are fibrous, and after cooking, the texture is off, still very fibrous. When eating them, they're tough and chewy like the meat isn't cooked.

I've been buying Sam's Club Chicken Breast for years, and the previous version was perfect — clean, consistent, properly trimmed, and packed in a tidy tray that made sense. Whoever approved this new packaging and product format made a terrible decision. The new version is messy, poorly cut, and packed in a sloppy plastic bag that feels cheap and unhygienic. It's a complete downgrade from what used to be a reliable, high‑quality staple. I genuinely don't understand who approved this change at the category‑buyer level, but it reflects a complete disconnect from product quality standards and member expectations. Whoever made this decision clearly did not evaluate the impact on usability, cleanliness, or consistency. This downgrade is unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility in managing a core staple product. Sam's Club used to set the standard for quality and presentation — now this feels like a cost‑cutting move that ignores loyal customers. Please bring back the old Chicken Breast presentation. It was reliable, clean, and far superior in every way.

The new packaging first of all does not even look like what you show on the webpage. The new packaging is horribly inconvenient and would prefer it to go back to the way it was. Currently the chicken is being smooshed into four separate compartments of the package and you really cannot see what you're getting. I run a business and for what I use it for I need to slightly freeze the chicken before slicing it and so I have stopped purchasing from Sam's and started going to Aldi where the prices are cheaper and the packaging is exactly the way it should be. Please reconsider the changes you made and ask consumers what they want. According to these reviews, we aren't happy.

These chicken breasts were plump, cooked evenly throughout and were juicy. The flavor was fresh and delicious, and developed a nice golden color when cooked. They are a high quality, reliable option that makes weeknight meals easy and consistently turns out great! Highly recommend!

Hate the packaging! You can not see the condition of the breast. The packaging lies says 2-3 breast per pouch. I have experienced getting cheated by quantity. Way too much fat left on the chicken breast. Come on now, my father was a butcher and taught me how to pick my meats. Corporate is cheating customers by using this packaging, and how it is cut. What's not broken don't try to fix! We pay for quality and quantity!
